The students use their first names, pretend e-mails and they have been instructed on blogging safety. There are lots of literature circles transferred to blogs. Famous writers write lots of blogs. The blogging format is very good for planning and thinking out. It inspires higher-level thinking. The blog has many inbuilt controls. For instance, when I write to the sixth-graders, I often have to wait to see my comments moderated. Enjoy blogging, Ms Alvia. I look forward to seeing what you and your class come up with!
